As a waiter or waitress, you start your shift with a good preparation, the tables are nicely set, you are aware of the specials and the candles are lit. The first guests arrive and you make sure they feel immediately welcome. You guide them to their table and provide them with a delicious aperitif. With passion, you explain the menu, ingredients and specials. You then take the order with careful attention to each guest’s preferences.

You regularly check in with guests to make sure everything is to their liking and you do your very best to make sure they are happy to come back again. You use your previous hospitality experience effectively and you enjoy sharing knowledge and expertise with your colleagues.
