As shiftleader, you work together directly with the management team. Together, you ensure the success of the brasserie. If there is no management present, you are responsible for managing the team. You ensure that the team remains at the right level through coaching and training and know how to motivate colleagues in the right way.
In addition, we work together on your personal development. Your goal is to eventually run your own restaurant or to grow in the hotel business. Moreover, you know how to seize every commercial opportunity and you actively make proposals to improve results and increase the turnover of the brasserie.
