You start your day with preparing our seasonal, artisanal, local and fresh products. You will learn all the necessary tricks of the trade. From preparing the mise en place to cooking the perfect steak. You will learn from our experienced chefs, who will explain everything to you in detail.

Ultimately, you leave with a lot of experience and knowledge that you can take with you for the rest of your education and career.
