As Sommelier you are the wine specialist of Brasserie Ambassade. You advise your guests which wine goes best with their dish and you can tell them about it with passion.
You have a great sense of your guests’ needs and are able to anticipate on their culinary requirements.
As a true wine lover, you keep a close eye on all developments in the culinary world. You can work well independently, but are also a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with the rest of the team.
In addition, you are co-responsible for the entire wine selection and its renewal. Furthermore, in cooperation with the F&B manager, you are responsible for orders, stock control and contact with suppliers.
