DESCRIPTION:
As an HR intern, your responsibilities will include recruitment and selection, personnel administration, legislation and the collective labour agreement. You know your way around social media and various computer programmes.
You bring in new ideas and insights regarding HR issues. In addition, you help organise company events, birthdays and introduction days. You think along on how to stimulate and maintain a positive working atmosphere. You show initiative and give input. You will be working together with experienced HR colleagues. Besides, you will have a lot of contact with the other departments within our hotel.
